Terms of Service

The final Terms of Service will govern use of the Algos portal and, at launch, the licensing of managed trading algorithms — including plan billing, licence scope, acceptable use, and termination. That document does not exist yet, and no general terms govern your use of this site in the meantime. Two things are already real, though, and this page should not be read as denying them: accounts exist and can be created here, and the Executor Terms are a binding agreement with a recorded acceptance that gates whether a run will start. Billing is not live and nothing can be purchased.
